Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Water Sleeping Mask Review

Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan which is a natural humectant that can hold upto 1000 times its weight in water. Adding a good hyaluronic acid based product in your skincare routine helps in plumping dull and dehydrated skin.
There are various forms and types of hyaluronic acid which are used by different brands in their formulation.

In today's post I am sharing my review on Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Water Sleeping Mask.

Texture and consistency-

This sleeping mask has a smooth gel-like consistency. It glides on easily on the skin and gives a slimy feeling after application which goes after sometime.

How to use it?

Like any other sleeping mask the Isntree hyaluronic acid sleeping mask must be used as the last step of your skincare routine after your serum and moisturiser.

My experience with the product-

I do love to include hyaluronic acid based products in my skincare routine. As I live in a humid climate hyaluronic acid helps in absorbing water and moisture from the air and helps in hydrating and nourishing my skin. Using a good hyaluronic acid product can give you results within a few minutes making your skin plump and moisturised.

The texture of the mask is gel-like which does not feel heavy on the skin. It's easy spreadability makes the application really simple. The mask is fragrance free so it can be well suited by sensitive skin too.

Different types of hyaluronic acid such as low, medium and high molecular weight helps in hydrating different layers of the skin.

Due to the presence of centella asiatica or gotu kola it helps in calming down irritated skin and reduces inflammation.

Amino acids, ceramides and fatty acids help in repairing the damaged skin barrier preventing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and initiates the healing process.

Natural moisturising factors reduce dryness on the skin making it soft and supple without feeling heavy on the skin.

Fig extract helps in brightening the complexion and reduces dullness on the skin.

I apply this mask on days when my skin needs some added boost of hydration.

Contain various forms of hyaluronic acid.

Travel friendly.

Does not contain artificial fragrance.

Comes in two sizes.

A little product goes a long way.

Does not feel heavy on the skin.

Did not clog my pores.

Contains fatty acids and ceramides for repairing lipid barrier of the skin.

Hydrates the skin.

None for me.

Will I recommend it?

Yes!! This is an amazing sleeping mask with very good ingredients. If you have dull or dehydrated skin you can give it a try.

Minimalist Salicylic acid + LHA 2% Face Cleanser review

Salicylic acid and Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) have been gaining popularity in the skincare industry for quite some time now. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) which has keratolytic properties that helps in unclogging pores making it suitable for acne prone skin types. LHA on the other hand is a derivative of salicylic acid which has an added fatty chain to make it more lipophilic and gentle for exfoliation. In today's post I am sharing my experience with the newly launched M inimalist Salicylic Acid and LHA 2% face cleanser . If you have read my previous posts you must know that most of the minimalist products worked really well for me except for the PHA toner so I was pretty excited to use its face cleanser as well. The face wash is sulphate free and contains both BHA and LHA for gentle exfoliation of dead skin cell layers. Clogged pores can lead to the formation of non-inflammatory (blackheads, whiteheads) and inflammatory acne. Hence adding such chemical exfoliat

Minimalist Rosehip Oil + VC IP-3% Review

When it comes to facial oil Rosehip oil has gained popularity for many years. A good quality cold-pressed rosehip oil has been used in improving the elasticity of the skin, strengthening the skin barrier, reducing fine lines and wrinkles as well as healing the skin. Rosehip oil contains various essential fatty acids and unsaturated acids such as linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid. These help in strengthening the lipid barrier of the skin making it stronger and firmer. It is also rich in components like vitamin C and vitamin A which makes it a potent antioxidant for reducing free radical damage on the skin and reducing hyperpigmentation. Minimalist Multi Peptide Serum Review

Peptides are made up of two or more amino acids which are the building block of proteins.  Collagen is naturally present in our body which is made up of polypeptides. As we grow older the collagen starts depleting which can result in presenting the signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles. Adding a topical peptide serum or moisturiser in your daily skincare routine can delay these signs while promoting a healthy and youthful skin. Whenever you want to incorporate any topical peptide product in your skincare routine always invest in a good leave on product rather than wash off products. The reason behind it is that leave on products are there in contact with the skin for a longer period of time helping to show results more effectively. In today's post I am sharing my views on the Multi Peptide Serum by Minimalist . Minimalist is an Indian skincare and hair care brand that has come up with affordable serums and moisturisers with a good percentage of actives in them
